Here goes the new addition to Converse Addict Collection in 2009, the multi-color Chuck Taylor All Star hi-tops. Once again, Converse brought creativity to the iconic sneakers by breaking the norm into the design. Still crafted with premium materials as the original Addict series, this new Converse Chuck Taylor has multi-colored upper — emerald green on the outside, purple on the inside, and orange in the middle or tongue.

October 2008 marked the first release of a high-end Converse Chuck Taylor collection known as Addict. It also part of reinventing the iconic shoes which have been everyone’s choice for style and comfort for over a hundred years. As high-end as they are, the Converse Addict series of Chuck Taylor shoes features high quality materials and advanced design techniques for total Converse addicts. The shoes are made up of premium textile, Poron insoles, and Vibram outsoles for extreme quality.

The first batch included the Natural Chuck Taylor Hi and Leather Chuck Taylor Hi which costs approximately $169 USD and $243 USD, respectively. This year’s release still includes the two and a Camouflage Canvas Hi worth approximately $169 USD.

Although anyone reading this may find it ridiculous to spend such amount of money for a sneaker, for anyone with a passion, it’s always worth the price…
